Mira Sharidy Digital („we”, „us”, or „our”) operates the Gaudí Explorer mobile application („the App”).

The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:
– We do not require user registration or login
– We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers
– We do not track your location (the map feature uses your device’s location only locally and is never sent to our servers)
– We do not use analytics or tracking tools
– We do not use cookies

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase („Premium Route Planner”) processed entirely through Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Google in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. Data Storage

The App stores your preferences (such as selected language) locally on your device using standard device storage. This data never leaves your device.

4. Third-Party Links

The App contains affiliate links to third-party services (GetYourGuide, Welcome Pickups). These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, it is safe for all ages.
